Canadian Firm Signs MOU with Trimentus

CHENNAI: Canada based DIYmonde Solutions ,one of the world’s most experienced ITSM training and consulting service providers, on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding with Trimentus to offer specialised ITSM (IT Service Management) and ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) training and consultancy services to clients and employees of Trimentus in India and other countries.
The MoU was signed by DIYmonde President Diane Colbeck and Trimentus Technologies CEO Santhanam Ravichandran, according to a press statement.
The MoU gives Trimentus and its clients an impartial external evaluation of ITIL best practice application in the field, as well as international certification for all ITIL educational resources.
Besides, DIYmonde will provide a reliable and comprehensive range of introductory to advanced level ITIL version 3 courses.
DIYmonde Solutions specialises in production and licensing of IT service management training, consultancy and reference material for organisational and process improvement. Its main focus is to provide custom solutions for corporate-wide awareness and skills management in IT service management and governance.
